Today is an exciting day – the 3D printer I ordered at the beginning of August last year (advertised to arrive 6-8 weeks later!) is FINALLY on its way! I won’t waste any space repeating what I discussed in a previous post, but I am excited to get my hands on it and start comparing it to the printers I’ve used previously, particularly the Up! Plus 2 which has so far featured in almost every 3D printing post on this blog. It’s been a terrific workhorse, but I’m well and truly ready for bigger and better things.
Stay tuned for my first experiments and thoughts of the new Solidoodle Press when it arrives.
